Low Participation: If a contest does not reach the required number of participants, Crick Staarz reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, all participants will receive a full refund of their entry fees.

Technical Difficulties: If a contest is canceled due to technical issues or unforeseen events, Crick Staarz will issue a full refund to all affected participants.

Rule Violations: If a contest is canceled due to rule violations or breaches of our Fair Play Guidelines, refunds may not be issued to those responsible for the violations.
